The automated spraying line adopts advanced technology and design concepts, with the workpieces going through stages including loading, shot blasting surface treatment, a large cyclone automatic spraying system, and a curing system. Each step is precise and reliable, ensuring that the entire coating process is efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly.
The production line uses the QXT-300 suspension conveyor system, with an adjustable line speed of 1-5 meters per minute. The maximum workpiece size that can be hung is 7 meters in length, 1.0 meter in width, and 2.3 meters in height, with a single-point maximum load capacity of the suspension conveyor chain reaching up to 100kg. The entire line is controlled with precise automation, significantly reducing manual operation time and laying the foundation for perfect coating.
After loading, the workpiece first undergoes surface treatment in the shot blasting machine. The machine features multi-angle shot blasters, equipped with the world’s most advanced double-disc linear blade high-efficiency shot blasters. These high-speed, dense streams of shot blast the workpiece from all angles, thoroughly cleaning all surfaces. Rust, welding scars, mill scale, and other contaminants are rapidly removed, resulting in a clean surface with a certain level of roughness that enhances the adhesion of the paint film to the steel surface, improves the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the steel, and enhances its intrinsic quality, thereby extending its service life. This prepares the workpiece for subsequent coating.
Next, the workpiece enters the large cyclone automatic high-pressure electrostatic powder spraying area, which employs surface spraying techniques with high-pressure electrostatic spraying. The coating is uniform, with no defects such as bubbles, cracks, or sagging. No organic solvents are required, making it safe for both human health and the environment. After spraying, the workpiece enters the curing area, where an energy-saving, environmentally friendly, low-carbon burner is used. The curing temperature ranges from 180 to 220 degrees Celsius, with hot air circulation inside the oven. The powder is quickly melted and leveled, giving the product a smooth, even finish. The coating is rapidly cured to form a dense layer. The high-temperature cured coating is hard, not easily chipped, and has high wear resistance, scratch resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, and impact resistance. The coating will not degrade, fade, or experience other issues even after prolonged exposure to UV radiation, making it more durable than traditional coating techniques.
